This one is big for me. I am always fighting with my brain on this. My brain loves to be busy. I'll be in the middle of an acupuncture appointment, lying on a table with needles down my back, and instead of relaxing, it is going 100 miles per hour on my to-do list, and re-playing conversations, and wondering if I remembered to pay that bill...
Sometimes my husband just shakes his head at me, as I dive headfirst into yet another project (even though I already have two on the go). So this one is a big personal challenge for me to slow the F down, and remember that it's OK to rest. It is OK to rest!
